Good
It's a charming old hotel, one of the oldest in Rome, facing the Pantheon. The personnel is truly welcoming, the breakfast good, and you would wish to spend a lifetime at the roof terrace, even in December.
It could use a renovation, even if the view and location are what you've after. I think I should mention that there was no water in our room - nor complimentary, nor at the minibar, and after asking for it we were charged 8 euro per bottle plus the room service charge. Not a dealbreaker, just a detail, but it sort of spoiled the impression.
